PAYMENT DETAILS
We can accept paypal (credit & debit card payments), cheques and internet
banking (BACS) payments.
All 'add to cart' payments will go through Paypal and can be used for credit
& debit cards
If you wish to pay by cheque or internet banking please email
[email protected] and you will be sent
an appropiate invoice and details of how to pay.
Please allow 5 working days from receipt for cheques to clear.
No item will be dispatched until full payment has been RECEIVED and CLEARED by
the bank. |

DELIVERY DETAILS
All goods will be dispatched the day after payment has cleared and usually
delivered within 2-4 days.
Paypal payments usually clear instantly. Please allow 5 working days from
receipt for cheques to clear.
If you need your table quicker, please add £4 and we will use a next day
carrier.
It must be noted that once the goods have been collected from the couriers
delivery times are out of our hands. |

RETURNS
We offer a refund policy only if the item is damaged on arrival. Minor
variations in model, colour, specifications are not reason for a refund. Buyer
must notify us by email or phone within 2 days of receiving the goods.
Buyer must return the item at their own cost within 7 days of notifying us of a
problem, in all of the original packaging. All returns must be boxed and packed
securely for shipping.
Replacements will be exchanged or a refund provided within 10 days from the day
we receive the returned merchandise. Buyer is responsible for return shipping
charges.
Although we guarantee that all goods leave us in good condition we cannot be
held responsible for goods on transit.
